At Conversations & More, we work with organizations and individuals helping them create more growth and ensure they experience a deeper fulfillment in their journey. We achieve this through our quirky custom-tailored Workshops, Offsites, Seminars, and Digital Programs. 

Our belief is that Humans- the super-evolved species dreaming at an enormous scale, and Organizations- the great enterprises coming out of those dreams, both seek similar things:

We seek these four things personally as well as collectively for our Organizations.

Now this seeking is shaped by many things, but its foundation rests on three pillars. 

1. Inner Communication Elan: The way we connect and communicate with the world inside us to evolve into a better version of ourselves.

2. External Communication Elan: Our prowess to communicate with people in the world outside us, in 1-to-1, 1-to-many and many-to-many settings. 

3. Joy Fostering Elan: Our ability to stay happy in our daily life and our motivation and skills to create more blissful achievers around us.
