Not all seeds grow. Potentially every seed can, but in reality, only those which develop the intelligence to crack open and transform end up creating a beautiful possibility called a 'plant.'
Not all lives dwell in Ananda or bliss. Potentially every life can, but in reality, Ananda comes only to those who are not merely dream-chasers but initiated enough to reprogram themselves (thoughts, consciousness, emotions, actions) to create and then embrace bliss in their journey. And they do it despite the world's prowess to put bliss blocks in the form of challenges, setbacks, or even pandemics.
Ananda program was conceived out of the shared life experiences of a team with two people (a couple) at its core.
She, a practicing doctor of medicine, who by virtue of her vast professional experience, knew a bit about sufferings and also how to cure them (or she thought so), till the day when an autoimmune disorder took away her power to speak and the long ensuing battle to cope with the recurring debilitation one after another, took many other parts of her physicality away. She started to question if she understood what suffering and joy were. The doubts nudged her to take baby steps, then some more, which over the next couple of years saw her running many half marathons, and some full marathons. And the urge to do some good for others (and for herself, by nourishing the soul encased in her inflicted body) saw her becoming a trustee in a school where 650 children got free quality education and healthcare. Now she was sure she understood a bit more about where Ananda, Bliss, or Happiness resides in the journey.
He, first a successful globe-trotting corporate in a cutting-edge behemoth organization, then an entrepreneur chasing his dreams to create something big on a dimension which is taken as THE dimension to embrace Ananda in life, was riding high on whatever that chase brought him. Then one day, he lost someone who gave him life. Someone whom he loved dearly but could never fathom the intelligence to take a pause from the chase and create moments that really mattered. But then, such realizations always come looking back, seldom looking forward. The loss took away a big part of his soul, and after many penances and attempts at cutting the chase and getting to the core of what mattered, things started to open up.
They decided to draw lessons from their respective individual and shared journeys (as a couple) and conceived Ananda and Prabuddha to create an experience which, when savoured by anyone aspiring to be an achiever without sacrificing bliss on the altar of that success-chase, i.e., becoming a Blissful Achiever, would certainly get it, provided it is experienced WHOLE- HEARTEDLY.
